Big Mart, a supermarket at Citycenter, Kamalpokhari, completed its first year of operation on Saturday.
To mark its first anniversary, Big Mart has announced special offers such as buy-one-get-one-free(BOGOF) offer, a combo offer on 30 brands and discounts of 5 to 10 percent in more than 50 brands for the next seven days.
Gajendra Neupane, the store manager of Big Mart, said one more outlet is coming up in the near future.
“We want to open a Big Mart chain across the country;” Neupane told the Post on Saturday. The super market, which had started its operation with 9,000 varieties of products, has been serving customers with 21,000 to 30,000 varieties of products at present, according to Neupane.
In its first year, Big Mart has been able to create 7,000 loyal customers who are provided certain discount. The mart offers a wide variety of fruits and vegetables, dairy products, food, liquor, staples, and items related to health and beauty and household and general items.
