Westar Properties has launched a new scheme “Mauka Ma Chauka” for the promotion of Westar Residency, Balkumari, Kathmandu.

As per the scheme, one out of 50 apartment buyers can win an apartment through a lucky draw.

A press release of the company said, interested buyers can participate in the scheme by booking any of the apartments with a minimum deposit of Rs. 100,000.

The residency, with an open space of 10.5 ropanis, features community banquet hall, terrace party space, swimming pool, pool side cafe, jogging track, health club with gymnasium, steam, sauna, squash hall, multipurpose court, snooker table, table tennis, card room, amphitheatre, playing area for children and mini theatre.

   god dunno wat wrong with those builder they r promising to give so many facility heheheh which ain’t gonna happen in such small piece of land…..i hope these builder r havin problem promising so many luxury which even european lux appartment can’t afford.
