Honda rolls out All New Honda City

Syakar Trading Company, the sole distributor of Honda cars in Nepal, has launched the All New Honda City car. At an event held in the capital on Thursday, PR Ramakrishnan, the general manager, Marketing of Honda Cars India Ltd, Padma Jyoti, the chairman of Syakar’s parent company — Jyoti Group, and Saurabh Jyoti and Suhrid Jyoti, respectively the chairman and the vice-chairman of Syakar Trading Company, jointly launched the new car.

According to the company, the All New Honda City comes with ‘the finest of features’ like premium wrap around the tail lamps, solid wing frame wind-grille, electric sun roof, power folding ORVM with turn indicators, and A/C vents for rear passengers.

The car is also equipped with rearview camera, and has a larger boot space, iPhone connectivity, hands-free telephone sync ability, one-push engine start on-and-off button, SRS airbags on the front and impact mitigating headrests, the company said.

“The features incorporated within the car will appeal Nepali riders,” Ramakrishnan said.

The company said the All New Honda City is available in EMT, SMT, SVMT, VMT, SV CT, VXMT and VX CVT variants and priced between Rs 3,425,000 and Rs 4,750,000.

The car is available in Carnelian Red Pearl, Golden Brown Metallic, Alabaster Silver Metallic, Taffeta White, Crystal Black Pearl and Urban Titanium Metallic colors.
The cars will be available throughout Syakar Trading’s dealer network, it said.
