Ncell has launched Voice Pack Service targeting its prepaid customers effective from Tuesday.
Issuing a statement on Monday, Ncell said that the new voice pack service enables users to make calls within Ncell network at Re 1 per minute on subscription of daily pack and at 86 paisa per minute on subscription of weekly voice pack. The cost is inclusive of applicable taxes.
According to Ncell, the daily pack comprises of 11 minutes of talk time and costs Rs 11. Similarly, the weekly pack comes with 70 minutes talk time and costs Rs 60. While the daily pack is valid for 24 hours, weekly pack is valid for seven days. Once the validity of voice pack expires, Ncell will charge normal tariff — Rs 2.5 per minute.
“We are pleased to introduce voice packs as a part of our commitment to provide quality services at affordable rates,” Milan Sharma, corporate communications expert of Ncell, said in the statement, adding, “Following network modernization, we believe that the pack further adds value to our customers.”
Ncell said that customers can purchase these voice pack services as many times through USSD, IVR, SMS and Ncell Mobile App.
“As voice continues to remain important for millions of our customers, we believe the new voice pack will serve in providing good customer experience,” Sharma added.

How to activate Ncell Voice packs?
All Ncell prepaid customers can use this service.
Voice packs can be activated through any of the following mediums.
- Dial *17118# and follow the instructions
- To activate daily voice pack, Type 11 and send it to 17118. To activate weekly voice pack, Type 60 and send it to 17118
- Dial 17118 and follow the given instructions.
- Visit nearest Ncell Centre, Ncell Shops or Ncell authorized POS to buy the Voice Pack Vouchers. Vouchers will be available from 2072 Falgun.
- Visit nearest Ncell Shop or Ncell authorized POS.
- You can also activate Voice pack from Ncell Mobile app.
Ncell Introduces Chat Service
Ncell has introduced an online chat service on its official website with an aim to provide extensive customer support and enhance customer experience.
The online chat service has already come into operation, whereby all Ncell customers can get real-time customer support on any Ncell product and service, as per a statement issued on Tuesday.
Customers can visit Ncell’s official website, www.ncell.com.np, select the online chat button, fill all the details (name, mobile number and e-mail) required and get connected with the Ncell support team instantly.
Ncell has also made browsing of the company’s website free. With the new service, all the customers will be able to get one-to-one support and obtain details of any Ncell product and service or updates on various issues in minimal time. In the initial phase, the online chat service will be available from 9:00am to 5:30pm every day.
