British scooter brand Scomadi has officially entered the Nepali market.
Avasha International, the sole distributor of Scomadi introduced two scooter models in the domestic market, amid a program organised in its head office in Maharajgunj, Kathmandu. According to the company, it is the only British scooter brand available in the Nepali market.
The newly launched Scomadi scooters are available in two editions: general and limited. According to the company, the price of limited edition has been set at Rs 350,000 where as the general edition carries a price tag of Rs 250,000.
The newly introduced classic looking scooters are available in seven different colors. Both models have 125 cc engine capacity with dual suspension and 11 liter fuel tank. The company is offering EMI facility on the purchase of the scooters. According to the company, interested buyers can purchase the two-wheelers at Rs 5,000 EMI monthly on a 50 percent advance payment.
