Caterpillar brings CS-533e vibrating soil compactor in Nepal

Caterpillar Inc, USA proudly announced the introduction of its world class Vibratory soil compactors CS-533e in 10 tonne segment in Nepal.

Caterpillar CS533e is best in its category for power and performance, claims the company. “It has 130HP CAT 3054c turbocharged diesel engine, operating weight 10tons and dual vibration mode.”

The CS 533E machines are high-production vibratory soil compactors used on granular, semi-cohesive material that features the weight, horsepower and centrifugal force to meet density specifications quickly, it said, adding that the drum width provides coverage for large jobs.

A dual amplitude vibratory system and proprietary eccentric weight system enables the operator to tailor the machine compaction performance to the specifications of the job.

The CS/CP533E models feature the dual pump propel system that provides good gradeability and tractive effort when working on slopes or in soft material. Typical applications include highway and street construction, both residential and industrial; industrial site preparation; rental operations and large building sites.

Cat Patent design pod style vibratory system delivers superior compactive force while offering serviceability advantages, it added. “Dual amplitude works efficiently in wide range of application. High and low amplitude is selected from operator’s station.”

Tractors Nepal — the authorised local solution provider for Caterpillar Inc, USA — has upgraded workshop facility at Nakhu, Kathmandu to provide the better service back up within one roof for entire range of CAT equipments. It is also expanding to Itahari and Butwal from this month end.
