Samsung Galaxy S10 will come with triple camera setup
After seeing the much-desired Galaxy Note 9 recently, the most natural thing is that all attention now turns to the next top-of-the-line Galaxy S family, the new Samsung Galaxy S10.
There are currently several reasons why we are very excited about the new Galaxy S10. One of them is the fact that it is the smartphone that marks a decade of history in what is one of the most popular line of smartphones ever, and also clear the various news that indicate the weak sales volume of the current Galaxy S9 and S9 +.
Taking these two factors into account, Samsung is expected to go all-in with its next top-of-the-range. We expect to see not only an interesting evolution in terms of its specifications, but also in terms of design.
Recently a new leak appeared that revealed some of the possible news brought by the Samsung Galaxy S10 with regard to its photographic capabilities. Samsung’s next top-of-the-line product is expected to feature a 12-megapixel wide-angle lens, a 13-megapixel sensor with a telescopic lens and a third 16-megapixel lens with a super-wide angle lens.
Galaxy S10 will come in 3 variants with different screen sizes.
- SM-G970: A 5.8″ flat display
- SM-G973: A 5.8″ edge display
- SM-G975: A 6.4″ edge display
Still in the same leak , it was revealed that this type of configuration should be present in at least two of the three new smartphones of the Galaxy S line to be presented in 2019. That is, it seems that it is also confirmed that in 2019 we will see a Samsung Galaxy S10 Mini.
Contrary to what many would imagine, this news from Samsung may not be exclusive to its top of the range. It is said that in addition to the Galaxy S family, also the popular line of Galaxy A smartphones can receive this new camera module with three cameras.
Smartphones of the Galaxy A lineage are usually intermediaries between the mid-range and high-end smartphones of the manufacturer, so it will be very interesting to see if they will actually present a triple camera configuration.
If these possibilities are verified, it may even be the case that the Galaxy S10 is not the first smartphone from Samsung to arrive with triple rear camera, since it is expected to see presented new Galaxy A smartphones already during the next 3 months.
As usual, we must not forget that this information is based on rumors, and as such should be “absorbed” with a good pinch of salt.
Considering that we are still 5 months away from the possible launch date of the new Samsung Galaxy S10, we expect that the volume of rumors and leaks will start to increase exponentially over the next few weeks.
