Micromax, has today launched its first notched display smartphones dubbed as Micromax Infinity N11 and Infinity N12 in the Indian market today. The handsets are priced at INR 8999 and INR 9999 respectively.

Jumping straight to the specifications, both the devices feature a 6.19-inch HD+ display with a screen resolution of 1500 x 720 pixels along with 18:9 aspect ratio. The phones are powered by the latest octa-core MediaTek Helio P22 chipset, which is clocked at 2.0GHz.

The Micromax Infinity N12 is backed by a 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, while the Infinity N11 features a 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. The memory can be further expanded up to 128GB via microSD card slot.

The dual-SIM (Nano) Micromax Infinity N11 and Infinity N12 both run Android 8.1 Oreo and are upgradable to Android Pie. Micromax has also notably promised that it will roll out the Pie update in the next 45 days.

The Micromax Infinity N11 and Infinity N12 both sport a dual rear camera setup that includes a 13-megapixel primary sensor and a 5-megapixel secondary sensor. For selfies, the Infinity N11 has an 8-megapixel sensor at the front, whereas the Infinity N12 comes with a 16-megapixel frontal sensor.

The Micromax Infinity N12 and Infinity N11 are backed by a 4000mAh battery, which the brand claims to give 18 hours of talk time, 8 hours of browsing time and 500 hours of standby time. Both of them runs on Android 8.1 Oreo with the company’s custom UI running on top of it and there is a fingerprint sensor at the back panel. On the connectivity front, it supports 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, AGPS, WiFi, dual-SIM, dedicated microSD card slot, 3.5mm audio jack and microUSB port. The phone measures 156 x 76.2 x 8.5mm and weighs 164 grams.
