Samsung Galaxy A30 Launched in Nepal for Rs 26,990
The Galaxy A30 is a mid-range handset with comes with better build quality compared to the M-Series which looks flimsy and plasticky as well as lower on the spec-sheet.
The company has also changed its marketing strategy in a drive to boost its sales and now offering more features over price in a move to take on against chinese smartphone makers like Xiaomi, Huawei and Oppo.
The Galaxy A30 is a more affordable sibling of the Galaxy A50 and comes with two rear cameras instead of three and a slightly less powerful processor.
The A30 on the otherhand is quite comparable to the recently launched Galaxy M30 in terms of hardware specs and pricing but offers something more to stay ahead.
The Galaxy A30 comes with a large sized display of 6.4 inches with thin bezels all around. The only thing that can be noticed on the front is its thicker chin at the bottom.
The Galaxy A30 has a full-HD+ Infinity-U display, just like the Galaxy A50 and Galaxy M30. It’s a Super AMOLED panel too, which means colors are vivid and everything from images to text really pops. There’s no mention of Gorilla Glass or any other kind of reinforced glass, but the display seems quite sturdy to scratches.
It features a glossy back panel and this is the area where it differs with the M30. The buttons at the sides also gets the same glossy treatment.
Although the back panels have a glossy and attractive look and feels like a glass material, in reality it is actually plastic.
Galaxy A30 is created for a seamless mobile experience, and includes advanced camera features such as a dual camera of 16MP (F1.7) + 5MP (F2.2), including an Ultra Wide-angle lens.
Equipped with a powerful 4,000mAh battery and a 15W fast charging technology, the smartphone is for those who are on-the-go all the time. The edge-to-edge 6.4” Super AMOLED Infinity-U display offers an immersive experience, ideal for gaming, watching videos, multi-tasking and browsing – truly letting you live your life on-the-go without missing a moment.
Galaxy A30 has an ergonomically designed rear fingerprint sensor. It will be available in red, blue and black colours.
Galaxy A30 has been launched in Nepali market today at a price almost similar to that of India . Currently, the 4GB RAM and 64 GB storage is priced at Rs 26,990 in Nepali market.
