Oppo launched its second device from the K-Series this afternoon in a launch event organised at Beijing,China. The launched the Oppo K3 featuring the latest in design trends and a performance tweaked for gaming all at an affordable pricing package.
The OPPO K3 features a true full-screen design with a screen size of 6.5 inches and supports DC dimming. The front camera is a pop-up camera module palced in the centre and has a retracting speed of 0.74 seconds. Thanks to the OLED panel, the OPPO K3 also has an in-display fingerprint recognition feature.
The device comes in three memory and storage combination of 6GB + 64 GB, 8 GB + 128 GB and 8GB + 256 GB.
Performance wise, the OPPO K3 comes equipped with Snapdragon 710 SoC, along with LPDDR4X memory and UFS 2.1 specification for flash memory. The device boots on Android 9.0 Pie operating system out of the box with Color OS skin on top.
On the photographic department the Oppo K3 on the rear comes with a AI Dual camera of 16 MP main sensor with F/1.7 aperture and a secondary sensor of 5 MP – the main camera CMOS is Sony IMX 519. On the front for selfies, a 16 MP camera with F/2.0 aperturer comes in a motorized pop-up module.
The battery capacity is 3765mAh, supporting OPPO’s latest VOOC 3.0 flash charging technology which allows charging of the device while playing games.
The Oppo K3 is also optimized for gaming with several features like GameBoost 2.0 , Frame Boost, Link Boost and Touch Boost features .
The device retains the 3.5 mm headphone jack and comes with support for Dolby Panaromaic audio.
