Tomorrow Vivo will present the flagship smartphone NEX 3. Many of its specifications have long been known, but leaks do not stop here.
Famous tipster @UniverseIce shared live photos of the upcoming flagship, allowing a close look at the design of its silver-blue rear panel. And one Weibo user posted a photo of the stand with the specifications of the device.
Vivo Nex 3 is expected to feature the industry’s first 6.89-inch AMOLED screen, with curved edges at an angle close to 90 degrees. At the same time, the screen occupies almost 100% of the front panel area or 99.6% to be exact.
The device will be powered by a Snapdragon 855 Plus chipset, 5G modem, 64-megapixel camera and 4500 mAh battery with 44 watt fast charging support.
The smartphone will be equipped with 8/12GB of RAM and 128, 256 or 512GB with support of UFS 3.0 internal storage. The device runs the Funtouch OS UI on top.
Among other features the Vivo Nex 3 will feature Hyper-HDR NFC, and branded Fun UI. The main mystery remains the price of Vivo NEX 3 – most likely, we will know it only tomorrow, during the announcement.
Vivo is also expected to launch a 5G version of the phone called Vivo Nex 3 5G, set to be unveiled on September 16 in China.
