Civil Homes is constructing a 54-unit housing colony in Boudha Jorpati. Civil Homes is constructing the 11th phase of their project in the Arubari area of Boudha Jorpati.
Earlier, Civil Homes has constructed housing colonies in Bhainsepati, Tinthana, Sunakothi, Khumaltar, Dhapakhel, Godavari and Sitapaila areas.
The company is going to build the new colony at a distance of 4.2 km from Chabahil Chuchchepati bus stop.
The company, which has opened bookings, has so far booked 18 houses.
The new construction site is nearby a green forest hence new home owners will be able to enjoy the fresh air of Gokarna forest.
The Civil Homes Colony of the Bouddha site is spread over an area of 25 ropanis. The colony will have 30 percent open space.
The signature color combination and architectural style are the same in the housing being constructed under the Civil Homes hallmark.
There are three types of houses in the colony. The Type A house with 4 bedrooms will have living dining room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor.
The first floor will have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a dressing room. The second floor will have a washing area with a room.
The Type S with 3 bedrooms will have living room, kitchen dining, bedroom, lobby and bathroom on the ground floor.
The first floor will have family lounge, bedroom, bathroom, dressing room. On the second floor there will be a worship room, bathroom with washing.
The Type D house will also have 3 bedrooms. The ground floor will have living room, bedroom, kitchen / dining, bathroom. The first floor has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There will be only one room on the second floor.
The housing colony comprised of about 54 units, will have plot areas ranging from 2.3 anas to 12 anas. The entire colony will be constructed over an area of 3.5 acres to 6 acres of land. The starting price of the individual unit is Rs 18.5 million.(1.85 Crore)
There will be 3 open areas within the colony. The main road of the colony will be 8 meters long. There will be a road of at least 6 meters with access to each units. The colony is divided into three areas.
Each dwelling unit is a class apart from all possible housing colonies as all requirements within a residence are meticulously planned and designed.
The open plan for every unit promotes not just free admission of light and ventilation but also a compact plan with less building square footage and a world class residential ambience.
The master plan itself is also very airy and free flowing as the individual homes are typically grouped in small clusters of only 4 or 6 units.
There are two entry points to the colony, one next to the approach road at a lower point and the other to the South side, at a height providing exclusive access to the residences.
Both these entry points are secured with a guardhouse and guards on duty.
