Hetauda Cement reduces price of OPC cement

The government-owned Hetauda Cement Industry has reduced the price of cement.

The industry has reduced the price of cement by Rs 45.20 per sack.

According to Shyam Narayan Chaurasia, head of sales and market of the industry, the price of OPC cement was earlier at Rs 747.93 per bag. At present, it is being sold at Rs. 701.73 per bag.

The company has decided to reduce the price of cement effective from September 20.

Chaurasia informed that the price has been maintained since September 19.

The company has said that the price of OPC cement has been reduced to compete with the private sector cement industry.

Other privately run cement industries in Hetauda have also reduced the selling price of cement.
