The new Armada series of monitors is HyperX’s debut in the gaming monitor market. HyperX is an HP-owned gaming brand.

In August, the company debuted in the Western world with the Armada 25 and Armada 27 displays. Now that they’re available, let’s have a look at the features and pricing of the gaming monitors on the Indian market.

Just as its name implies, the HyperX Armada 25 is a 24.5-inch display. It’s great for competitive gaming because of its Full HD (1920 x 1080) display and fast refresh rate (240 hertz).

Excellent pictures and vibrant colors may be seen on the screen. The Armada 25’s IPS panel and support for Nvidia G-Sync make it capable of changing refresh rates and reaction times as fast as 1ms with overdrive.

The screen can reach a maximum brightness of 400 nits and can show 99% of the sRGB color space.

However, HyperX Armada 27 features superior performance thanks to its upgraded hardware. The screen size is a generous 27 inches, and the resolution is a whopping 2560 by 1440 pixels (4K). It has a 165 Hz refresh rate for more fluid animations.

The monitor’s IPS panel and support for Nvidia G-Sync mean that it can handle varied refresh rates, and the panel’s response time is just 1ms.

This display is certified at the entry-level for HDR display, the DisplayHDR 400, and it covers 95% of the DCI-P3 color gamut.

A comfortable arm and desk mount are included with the purchase of the two HyperX Armada Monitors.

For more comfortable viewing, you can extend or fold away the arm. Plus, they’re rather simple to put up because they feature two different mounting choices (C-clamp and grommet) and a quick-release mechanism.

In India, you can purchase a HyperX Armada 25 gaming monitor for the price of INR. 42,590. The Armada 27 is a gaming monitor that costs INR. 46,290.
