The Department of Foreign Employment has opened applications for the post of caregivers in Israel. This gives Nepali workers opportunity in Israel’s exclusive labor market.
The department released the information today and opened the application for caregiver in Israel. For this, you have to go to the website of the department and apply online within 21 days.
Israel will provide employment to the 1,000 workers in the first phase. According to the department, 70 percent women and 30 percent men will be included in it.
The monthly salary is about US$1,600 (more than NRs 188,000), in current conversion rates.
According to the department, employees will have to work 5 days a week. Overtime and service will be in accordance with the rules of the Israeli government.
The food expenses will be borne by the workers themselves and the accommodation will be arranged by the employer as per the rules related to foreign workers.
In order to become qualified as a caregiver, a Nepali citizen must have completed 25 years of age and not reached 45 years of age. Height should be at least 1.5 meters (4.9 feet) and weight 45 kg.
In case of educational qualification, one should have passed at least Class 10 and completed 15 months of study in अनमी वा सि.एम.ए related subject or should have obtained training in class 12 and taken caregiver training through a training center recognized by the government.
Applicant should also be physically and mentally fit and have good character.
