The KTM 200 Duke is a standard or “naked” motorcycle made by KTM and sold in most markets worldwide.It has a single-cylinder, four-stroke, spark-ignition liquid-cooled engine. It has six-speed gearbox with the gear ratios and a cable actuated multi-disc clutch. The bike has an underbelly exhaust and a three-chamber silencer positioned close to its centre of gravity.
The KTM 200 Duke is the only 200cc naked bike with real racing genes. High-tech components, such as the ultra-compact, water-cooled, single-cylinder, four-stroke engine developing 19 kW (26 hp), the compact three-chamber silencer, the ultralight tubular space frame, the state-of-the-art injection electronics, the 43 mm upside-down fork from WP Suspension and the elegant swing-arm all combine to ensure maximum riding fun, powerful drive and dynamic cornering.
The Duke is unbeatable with its sensational power-to-weight ratio coming from an ultra low dry weight of 129.5 kg.
Apart from the safety update, the motorcycle remains unchanged. Design wise, it still packs the same looks of the older-gen 390 Duke. It gets a revised set of graphics, orange alloy wheels and three different colour options – orange, black and white.
The Duke 200 is manufactured at Bajaj Autos Chakan Plant in India.
