NIU UQi GT Electric Scooter
NIU’s authorised distributor in Nepal, Eco Infinity, is preparing to debut its latest electric scooter, the UQi GT, in the Nepali market. The new model will be the second in the U-series for the company. During the first week of February, the UQi GT is slated to be released.

Design
NIU’s ‘bare UQI pro frame’ is used to build the e-scooter, which has a distinct look.
You’ll find a circular LED headlight, a short handlebar, and turn-indicators on both sides of the scooter.
Other NIU models have a single seat, while the UQi GT has a split seat design, with a larger piece for the rider and a smaller portion for the pillion passenger.

Power and Efficiency
The 48V lithium-ion battery that powers the UQi GT may generate 1500 W of power and 24 Nm of torque. The e-bike is capable of a top speed of 50 kmph. An average of 7-9 hours is required to fully charge the battery, which can go 70-95 kilometres on one full charge.

Urban mobility is made easier with the e-bike’s remote control lock/unlock and anti-theft protection, cruise control and parking assistant, as well as sensor-based safety alerts and battery management.
In addition, the NIU APP included inside the e-scooter provides the owner with real-time access to 22 vehicle-related data points.
