The Chinese smartphone maker Oppo has been lately busy in it’s flagship Reno Series but took time to launch the new mid-range handset , the Oppo A9 2020.
The A9 2020 is the direct successor of the OPPO A9, and comes equipped the Snapdragon 665 processor and a 5,000 mAh battery, among other features.
The OPPO A9 (2020) has a 6.5-inch (HD +, 1600 x 720 pixels) screen and a drop-shaped notch that delivers a screen-body ratio of 89%. In addition, it offers 480 nits brightness and 5,000:1 contrast.
The smartphone relies on the Snapdragon 665 processor, working with the GPU Adreno 610, Game Boost Technology 2.0 and two versions of RAM and storage: 4 GB RAM + 128 GB and 8 GB RAM + 128 GB. The operating system is ColorOS 6.1, based on Android 9 Pie.
The OPPO A9 (2020) also features digital player on the rear, dual stereo speaker with Dolby Atmos and 5,000 mAh battery, which can act as powerbank to recharge other gadgets. But do not expect to find Fast or wireless recharge modes, once your battery is recharged via microUSB port.
On the camera segment, the OPPO A9 (2020) receives a quadruple rear setup consisting of 48 MP + 8 MP + 2 MP + 2 MP sensors. It also has a wide angle of 117 degrees, LED Flash and Ultra Night Mode 2.0 for night shots. The front camera receives a 16 MP (f/2.0) sensor with Artificial intelligence functions for the beautification mode.
The OPPO A9 (2020) will be available in two colors with gradient tones (Marine Green and Space Purple), and the price for the two variants have not been confirmed. Its arrival to the market (in selected countries such as Vietnam, India and Pakistan) is scheduled for September 16th. Nothing is mentioned about its launch to other countries.
Considering its main technical features, the OPPO A9 (2020) is the typical mid-line smartphone that many Nepali users import fans will keep an eye on, for three reasons: four cameras, a huge battery and a cost-benefit ratio .That should be very interesting.

Oppo A9 2020 Price in Nepal
Oppo A9 2020 has been launched in Nepali market today (23rd Sept 2019) . Oppo Nepal has initially launched the 4 GB RAM and 128 GB internal storage variant at a price of NRs 35,900. The first sale of Oppo A9 2020 is scheduled for October 1, 2019 .
