Life Auto Mobile, authorised distributor of Fiat cars, has launched the Fiat Avventura.
The “contemporary urban vehicle” comes with prices ranging from Rs2.9 million to Rs4.09 million. vehicle will be available in two engine variants—1.4-litre petrol and a 1.3 litre turbocharged diesel. It comes in three trims—Active, Dynamic and Emotion.
“The Avventura is the most affordable compact SUV in the domestic market and Fait has not compromised for the safety features, fuel efficiency and ground clearance, among others,” said Life Auto Manging Director Vishnu Kumar Agrawal.
The company said it has so far received 45 bookings for the vehicle. It aims to obtain a 10 percent market share in the compact SUV segment. The company said the Avventura is the perfect vehicle for city and off-road riding. The vehicle has functional roof rails for cladding adventures gears like bicycle, rafts and skids, among others. It has 205mm ground clearance to go smooth on cruiser roads. The car has 60:40 rear split seats for more space when needed for the boot space.
On the safety part, the Avventura has got dual airbags, fire prevention system, Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) with Electronic brake-force distribution (EBD), smart airbags with early crash sensors that detect a crash then activate the airbags and restraints at the exact moment.
The Avventura’s interior comes with leather wrapped steering wheel, steering-mounted audio and telephone controls, voice control, smart rear wiper, rear defogger and follow-me headlamps for comfortable parking in the dark places.
Other features are stylish rear-mounted spare, dual tone bumpers, body cladding for protection in narrow roads, stylish exteriors, large and stylish housing surrounded fog lamps and sporty spoiler stylish exterior, stylish mounted spare wheel, rear AC vents, and 16-inch alloy wheels.
The vehicle comes with 205mm flat tires, skid plate for better bumper safety and under-body protected plate that allows protecting the engines while travelling difficult terrains, the company said.
The Avventura will be available in six colour options: Bronzo Tan, Zafferano Orange, Pearl White, Exotic Red, Minimal Grey, and Hip Hop Black.
“The Avventura will give stiff competition to compact hatchbacks and other compact SUVs,” said Suraj Manandhar, business head of the company.
