Vivo first introduced its in-display fingerprint technology with its X23 smartphone, and then later on its flagship the Vivo NEX. While the technology seems to be premium, Vivo is further changing the game with the V11 Pro, which is the first the mid-range smartphone to come with an in-display fingerprint sensor. For added security, it also comes with a Face Unlock feature.

Immersive display
The Vivo V11 Pro comes with a massive 6.41-inch full HD+ display, which features a resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels and an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. One of its key highlight is the waterdrop styled notch at the top, which enables the smartphone to have a screen-to-body ratio of 91 percent. This further allows the Vivo V11 Pro to offer an immersive experience with media and any other content you are viewing on it.

AI backed camera
The Vivo V11 Pro comes with a dual-rear camera setup at the back, which comprises of 12-megapixel senor working alongside a 5-megapixel sensor. Up front, it sports a 25-megapixel sensor for taking selfies. Both cameras are backed by AI enhancement features. While it’s said to improve the output with low light situations on the rear camera, the AI Portrait mode and beauty mode enables the front camera to take good selfies.

In the software department, the Vivo V11 Pro comes with the Android 8.1 Oreo out-of-box layered with FuntouchOS skin on top. The interface is light and comes with all new gesture navigation support, a feature that was introduced in Android 9 Pie. Additionally, Vivo has also included its new AI assistant called Jovi and an AI game mode as well.
