HMD Global, launched the Nokia 2.3 in December 2019, and the device has been launched in Nepali market 6 months past it’s release date.

The Nokia 2.3 is another affordable entry-level handset from the Finnish company and the highlights include 6.2 inch HD+ display, Mediatek Helio processor, dual cameras on the rear and packs a 4000 mAh battery.

The Nokia 2.3 boasts a stunning 6.2 inch HD+ IPS display with a 720 X1520 pixel resolution at 271 pixels per inch and a 19:9 aspect ratio. Despite having noticeable bezels on the top and bottom chin on the front panel it houses a water-drop notch which allows for an 80.7% screen to body ratio.

On the back it comes with a textured polymer casing which looks unique and fits securely in the hand. The device features a high precision die cast aluminum, chasis and you get the rigidity and reliability as we expect from Nokia handsets.

The device weighs 183 grams overall with dimensions of 157.7 x 75.4 x 8.7 mm. The volume rocker and power buttons are conveniently located to the right along with a Google Assistant button on the opposite side.

Succeeding the Nokia 2.2, HMD Global has added another camera sensor for a dual lens rear setup that consists of a 13 megapixel primary shooter with F/2.2 aperture and a 2 Megapixel depth sensor. Alongside you can also record video at 1080p at 30 frames per second.

Advanced structural engineering made it possible to sit the lenses within the metal ring rather than having them protrude from the casing which protects from scratches during daily use.

The front camera has a 5 megapixel wide-angle lens with an F/2.4 aperture making it perfect for fitting everybody into those big group selfies. The camera also supports face unlocking feature for security.

The Nokia 2.3 packs a 4000 mAH battery and features AI-assisted Adaptive Battery technology which lasts up to 2 days on a single charge. The AI keeps tracks of the apps you use most and prioritizes power for them.
