On Wednesday, the Huawei Watch Fit 2 wristwatch made its debut in Nepali market. It has a 1.74-inch AMOLED screen and a “Link” design that allows users to quickly swap bands with the push of a button.
There will initially be two variations available: the Active Edition and the Classic Edition. Silicone straps come standard on the Active Edition, while genuine leather complements the Classic.
Huawei Watch Fit 2 Specs and Features
The 1.74-inch AMOLED screen of the Huawei Watch Fit 2 has a resolution of 336×480 pixels. All of the watch faces that can be found in the wearable’s Watch Face Store also feature an always-on display (AOD).
The screen is touch-enabled, and there is a button on the right spine of the watch.
The Active Edition’s polymer front and back are in contrast to the aluminum front and polymer back of the Classic Edition Edition.
The “Link” design of the Huawei Watch Fit 2 can be pressed to release the strap, allowing the user to quickly and simply exchange bands.
The watch face on the Huawei Watch Fit 2 can be changed to any photo stored on the user’s phone.
It can use the Huawei Health App or, for watch faces, the OneHop app. In order to use the OneHop for watch faces feature, your Huawei mobile device must be NFC-enabled and running EMUI 11 or later.
However, OneHop for watch faces is only compatible with the Classic Edition of the wristwatch and is only available in a few countries.
You may get in shape with the help of fitness animations and voice-guided warm-up stretches tailored to seven popular sports and activities including cycling, running, and swimming.
The Huawei Watch Fit 2 tracks your runs in real time, alerts you when you’ve been sitting too long, and is compatible with 97 different types of workouts.
In addition, it monitors SpO2, heart rate (through optical heart rate sensor), sleep, and stress.
The Huawei Watch Fit 2 has a magnetic charging mechanism and, according to the company, can go for up to 10 days without needing to be recharged.
This wearable device supports both Bluetooth v5.2 and Wi-Fi for wireless connectivity.
Models with NFC functionality are limited to the Classic Edition and the Elegant Edition.
All of the models enable Bluetooth for making and receiving calls, controlling the music playing on the device, and interacting with the virtual assistant, and they are all water resistant up to 5ATM. They work with iOS 9 and later and Android 6.0+.
