Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 680 is at the heart of the phone. It has 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage in a single configuration.
Xiaomi has developed a RAM expansion technology that allows the smartphone to have up to 3GB of virtual RAM. A microSD card can also be used to increase the storage capacity to 512GB.
