The Xiaomi 12 Pro has finally been launched in the Nepali market. The Xiaomi 12 Pro is flagship series of phones with several variants launched in the global market and 12 Pro is one of them. The Lite and standard variants are also expected to be launched at a later date.

The Xiaomi 12 Pro is the new flagship of the manufacturer. The specifications are therefore excellent. The device runs on the brand new Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor that should ensure top-notch performance. Xiaomi has loaded this device with at least 8GB ram and 128GB storage space. There are also variants available with more memory and storage, of course at an additional cost.
The battery of the device is of 4600mAh capacity and relatively small for such a large smartphone. However, it charges very quickly with no less than 120 Watts. Large Display
Because the Xiaomi 12 Pro has a large 6.73-inch OLED screen, you can’t easily operate the smartphone with one hand. Three 50 megapixel cameras
Xiaomi is known for its good cameras and the 12 Pro doesn’t seem to dissapoint. On the back we find triple lens setup that all have the same high resolution of 50 megapixels. It involves a main camera, an ultra-wide-angle lens and a telephoto camera with which you can zoom in twice without loss of quality. Probably all cameras with the default settings compress four pixels into one pixel aka pixel binning. This way you have more beautiful photos of 12.5 megapixels.

The chip keeps the battery temperature of the Xiaomi 12 Pro smartphone below 37 degrees Celsius as it recharges in a record time of 15 minutes. 42 layers of security protection are supported by the Xiaomi Surge P1 microchip. TÜV Rheinland Safe Fast Charging System 3.0 has also certified it.

The Xiaomi 12 Pro runs on Android 12 out of the box. Xiaomi puts its own MIUI shell over it. It is quite heavy and adjusts Android at various points. One finds MIUI an improvement, while another has to get used to Xiaomi’s vision of the operating system.
Recently, Xiaomi has improved its update policy. The 12 Pro gets three major Android version updates and will be updated to Android 13, 14 and 15 in the future. In addition, you can expect regular security patches from the release for four years.
