On Thursday, Huawei unveiled its newest flagship smartphones, the Huawei P60, Huawei P60 Pro, and Huawei P60 Art.

There are three new variants, all of which are powered by Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoCs and have 6.7-inch LTPO OLED screens with up to 120Hz refresh rates.

The Huawei P60 series boasts a 13-megapixel front-facing camera in addition to a triple-camera setup on the back. Users can now send and receive messages via direct satellite networks with their brand-new two-way satellite messaging functionality.

One key distinction is that both the Huawei P60 and P60 Pro are powered by 4,815mAh batteries. But, the Huawei P60 Art’s battery capacity is somewhat higher at 5,100mAh.

Huawei’s P60 and P60 Pro, both of which support nano SIM cards, use the latest version of their proprietary operating system, HarmonyOS 3.1. Display-wise, they have a 6.67-inch full-HD+ (1,220 x 2,700-pixel) OLED LTPO panel with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz, 1440Hz high-frequency PWM dimming, and 300Hz touch sampling rate.

The panes are glazed with Kunlun glass. The two devices run on the same Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 4G Processor and Adreno GPU. The phones’ RAM capacities are initially unknown.

On the other hand, the Huawei P60 Pro has two 48-megapixel sensors with optical image stabilization and a 13-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera.

Both devices sport a 13-megapixel cameras on the front for taking pictures and video chatting. They have microSD card expansion capabilities and up to 512GB of internal storage (up to 256GB).

The Huawei P60 and P60 Pro feature Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, NFC, and a charging USB Type-C connection, among other connectivity options. Onboard sensors include a gyroscope, barometer, compass, gyroscope, barometer, hall sensor, barometer, barometric pressure sensor, color temperature sensor, proximity sensor, and IR sensor.

In-display fingerprint scanners are also included for added security. They can withstand water and dust up to an IP68 rating.

Both the Huawei P60 and P60 Pro include 50W wireless charging and 4,815mAh batteries. The standard version has 66W rapid charging capability, while the Pro version has 80W.

The Huawei P60 Art is identical to the Huawei P60 and Huawei P60 Pro in terms of SIM card support, software, and screen resolution.

An octa-core Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 4G Processor and Adreno GPU provide additional power.

The Huawei P60 Art has a triple camera arrangement on the back, including two 48-megapixel sensors with optical image stabilization and a 40-megapixel super wide-angle camera.

Selfies and video chats are a breeze with the front-facing 13-megapixel camera. It supports Huawei’s Nano Memory card, so you may add up to 1TB of storage space (up to 256GB).

The Huawei P60 and P60 Pro share the same sensors and connectivity options. There’s a fingerprint reader embedded inside the screen of the Huawei P60 Art. It is built to resist dust and water, earning an IP68 rating.

For the Huawei P60 Art, the company included a 5,100mAh battery. It’s compatible with both fast charging at 88W and wireless charging at 50W.

The base 128GB storage model of the Huawei P60 costs CNY 4,488, while the top-end 256GB model costs CNY 4,988. A 512GB model costs CNY 5,988.

The base model of the Huawei P60 Pro with 256GB of storage costs CNY 6,988, while the 512GB model costs CNY 7,988.

Emerald Emerald, Feather Black, Feather Purple, and Rococo White (translated from Chinese) are all colors that may be found in both smartphones.

The Huawei P60 Art, the top-of-the-line model, costs CNY 8,988 for the 512GB storage model and CNY 10,988 for the 1TB storage variant.

It comes in the colors Blue Sea and Quicksand Gold (a literal translation from the Chinese).

All three Huawei smartphones are available for pre-order at VMall now, with deliveries starting soon. The international release date and availability of the Huawei P60 series has not been disclosed.
