Vivo T1 5G launched with Snapdragon 778G SoC, 120 Hz Display, 50 MP camera and more

On February 9, Vivo launched Vivo T1 5G smartphone in the Indian market. A new Vivo-T series could replace the company’s Y-Series smartphones, according to a previous report.

Snapdragon 695 5G SoC, 8GB of RAM, and 128GB of inbuilt storage power the new smartphone from China’s tech powerhouse. Full-HD+ IPS LCD display with 120Hz refresh rate and touch sampling rate of up to 240Hz is featured on this 6.58-inch device.

Powered by a 50-megapixel primary sensor, the Vivo T1 5G has a triple rear camera configuration. Last year, the phone was launched in China with somewhat different specs than the Indian model.

Specifications of Vivo T1 5G

FunTouch OS 12 is preinstalled on the Android 12-based Vivo T1 5G. 6.58-inch full HD+ (1,080×2,408 pixels) panel with 120Hz refresh rate and 240Hz touch sampling speed is on board. The Snapdragon 695 5G SoC and up to 8GB of RAM are found within the Vivo smartphone.

The Vivo T1 5G has a triple rear-facing camera system. With a primary sensor of 50 megapixels and two secondary sensors of 2 megapixels, it has an f/1.8 aperture. Selfies and video calls will be taken care of with the help of an f/2.0-apertured 16-megapixel camera.

For further enhancements, feature like Super Night mode and Multi Style Portrait Mode is also included. Sadly, these features are only available on the 6GB and 8 GB models.

Storage on the Vivo T1 5G may be increased using a microSD card to 128GB (up to 1TB). It also comes with Extended RAM 2.0 feature which can further enchance background apps to run smoothly by using upto 4 GB of internal storage as extended RAM.

You can connect to the internet via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth v5.1 or by USB Type C or USB OTG.

For navigation, there is an e-compass and virtual gyroscope sensor as well as fingerprint and accelerometer sensors onboard as well as GPS and Beidou and Glonass and Galileo satellite signals.

It has a 5,000mAh battery and supports 18W fast charging for the Vivo smartphone. In terms of size and weight, the Vivo T1 5G is 164×75.84×8.25mm and 187grams.

Vivo T1 5G Price in Nepal

The newly launched Vivo T1 5G phone costs INR .14,990 for the base model which comes with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage in India. For INR. 15,990, you may get a 6GB+128 GB model and a highest 8GB + 128 GB model at INR 18,990 respectively. Colour options for the Vivo smartphone include Rainbow Fantasy and Starlight Black models.

The sales of Vivo T1 5G from Flipkart and other retail outlets begins on February 14, which is the date of the phone’s official launch.
