Vivo X23 with 6.41-inch Full HD+ in-display fingerprint scanner
Vivo has launched their latest smartphone in their X-series, the Vivo X23, in China. The X23 is the successor to their Vivo X21 that was launched in March 2018. The phone has the new waterdrop notch on the front, similar to the Vivo V11 Pro.

The Vivo X23 comes with a 6.41-inch Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 2340×1080 pixels. The screen has a 19.5:9 aspect ratio and 91.27% screen-to-body ratio. The newer Snapdragon 670 SOC powers the smartphone with Adreno 615 GPU. It comes with 8 GB RAM and 128 GB of internal storage. The phone runs Funtouch OS 4.5based on top Android 8.1 Oreo.
For the camera, the Vivo X23 comes with dual cameras on the back. The 12 MP primary camera uses a 1/2.8″ Sony IMX363 sensor with 1.4 um pixels and a f/1.8 aperture, while the secondary camera is 13 MP unit with 125° wide-angle lens. On the front, the phone comes with 12 MP selfie camera with a f/2.0 aperture.
The battery underneath is a 3,400 mAh unit with support for fast charging. For Connectivity, the Vivo X23 comes with 4G VoLTE, 802.11 ac dual-band Wi-Fi with 2×2 MIMO, Bluetooth 5 LE, GPS, and GLONASS.
Similar to its predecessor, the X23 comes with an in-display fingerprint scanner for securing your phone. For audio, the X23 comes with 3.5 mm headphone jack, which is powered by an AK-4377A Amplifier.
Pricing and Availability of Vivo X23
The Vivo X23 will be available in Midnight Blue, Phantom Purple, Phantom Red. The phones are also available in two new Fashion Orange and Fashion Purple colors which have a Vivo logo on back. Priced at CNY 3498 (US$ 511/ NRs. 58,800), the phone will be available in China starting September 14, 2018.
