Honor Magic4 Ultimate Launched : The new King of DxOMark
A new Honor Magic4 series smartphone has been revealed in China — Honor Magic4 Ultimate — and it joins the company’s worldwide Magic4 series announcements from earlier this month.
As the apex of the Magic4 line, it’s been introduced with improved camera specs. The phone’s camera received 146 points in DXOMark testing, beating the Huawei P50 Pro’s score of 144.
An OLED display with a 1312 x 2848 pixel resolution and an adjustable refresh rate of up to 120Hz is found on the Honor Magic4 Ultimate. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 engine is at the heart of the device, along with up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of on-board storage as options.
This smartphone’s picture processor, according to the manufacturer, was custom-built for it. There are 28.8 TOPS of peak performance and 13.4 TOPS per watt of efficiency.
The device’s primary camera sensor is a large 1/1.12″ sensor that retains the same 50-megapixel resolution as the previous model. An 8P design lens with an f/1.6 aperture is used in conjunction with the bigger 1.4 m pixels.
The camera sports a 126-degree ultra-wide-angle lens with a 1/2′′ 64-megapixel sensor. The 7P’s f/2.2 aperture and unique coatings make it ideal for macro photography. The camera’s spectral sensitivity has been increased to 50 MP.
With a 90-mm lens and OIS, the telephoto camera has 64 megapixels of resolution. In addition, an 8-channel sensor on the phone detects the color temperature of the surrounding lighting environment. A 12-megapixel camera and a 3D depth sensor for face recognition are on the front of the phone.
When you buy this phone, it comes pre-loaded with Android 12 operating system and the Magic UI 6. It has a 4,600mAh battery that supports rapid charging of up to 100W and wireless charging of up to 50W.
There are two color options for the Honor Magic4 Ultimate – Black and White. The exact date of its release has not yet been determined, but it will be sold in China for $1,260 (8,000 yuan).
