Motorola unveiled its newest foldable smartphone, the Moto Razr 2022, in China on Thursday. The new Motorola smartphone is powered by the high-end Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC, and it features a 6.7-inch OLED primary display with a 144Hz refresh rate, a secondary, smaller display, a dual camera system with 50 megapixels, and a 3,500 mAh battery.
The chassis of the phone is made out of aerospace aluminium, and the operating system, MyUI 4.0, is based on Android 12.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 was the first foldable smartphone to be released globally tjis year, and now Motorola has joined the group with their own offering.

Specs for the Moto Razr 2022
Moto Razr 2022 utilises MyUI 4.0, which is based on Android 12. The main display is a 6.7-inch foldable OLED with a hole punched out of the upper middle. It has a refresh rate of 144 Hz, colour depths of 10 bits, High Dynamic Range (HDR) 10+, and dynamic contrast (DC) dimming.
The outside cover features a 2.7-inch OLED screen for viewing notifications, the time, and the weather, among other things. The smartphone uses the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC and supports up to 12GB of RAM.
The Moto Razr 2022 includes a dual camera configuration in the back, with a 50-megapixel main sensor and an optically stabilized lens for taking images and recording video (OIS).
A second, 13-megapixel sensor captures images through an ultra-wide-angle lens with a 121-degree field of view.
Macro photography is also a feature of the secondary camera. The Motorola phone has a 32-megapixel front-facing camera, perfect for taking selfies and video chatting.
You can get the Moto Razr 2022 with as much as 512GB of storage space. The smartphone supports 5G (19 5G bands), 4G, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth, and a USB Type-C port, among other connectivity choices.
It has a fast-charging battery capacity of 33 watts, with 3,500 mAh. Moreover, there are three microphones and Dolby Atmos surround speakers included.

Price and Availability of the Moto Razr 2022
The starting pricing for the Moto Razr 2022 with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage space is CNY 5,999 (approximately Rs. 1,13,433).
The base model with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage costs CNY 6,499 (approximately Rs. 1,22,887), while the flagship model with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage costs CNY 7,299 (roughly Rs. 1,38,014).
Pre-orders for the Motorola phone can be placed on the website in either Black or White. So far, there is no word on when it will be available in other regions.
