Bajaj Discover 125 T launched in Nepali market

HH Bajaj, the sole authorised distributor of Bajaj two-wheelers in Nepal, has introduced the Bajaj Discover 125 T motorcycle. According to the company, the all new Discover is designed to add a whole new dimension to the commuter segment.

“The new Discover 125 T is a strong combination of higher power, excellent mileage and sporty style making it a unique offering in the commuter segment,” said Shekhar Golchha, executive director of HH Bajaj. “The Discover has done extremely well in the Nepali market. We will increase our sales volume and market share further with this launch.”

The new Bajaj two-wheeler is equipped with a four-valve DTS-I engine which produces 12.5 ps of power. The engine has been mated with a five-speed manual transmission system for smooth riding and superior fuel economy.

The company has stated that Bajaj Auto’s patented ExhausTec technology enhances drive-ability. The motorcycle has a top speed of 105 kph.

As for comfort and safety, the motorcycle features a gas-filled Nitrox suspension for a cushioned ride over even the toughest of roads, semi-double cradle chassis for safety and comfort and DC headlamp for safe, flicker-free lighting, even at low speeds.

Bajaj has given a chiselled, muscular tank, aggressive, sharp edged headlamp and 10-spoke new design alloy wheels to give it a sporty and aggressive look. The new Discover 125 T is available at a launch price of Rs 169,900, the company said.
