LG Announces UltraGear 17G90Q With 11th Gen Intel Tiger Lake Processors, Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080
LG has unveiled a brand-new gaming laptop, the UltraGear 15. The Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080 Max-Q GPU in the LG UltraGear 17G90Q is powered by the 11th Gen Intel Core processors aka Intel Tiger Lake H CPU. Vapour chamber cooling is used in the LG UltraGear 17G90Q gaming laptop. There will be more information on the laptop available at the CES 2022. In January 2022, the South Korean tech giant is scheduled to begin shipping gaming laptops, with the initial shipment going to the country of its origin.

An 11th Gen Intel Core Tieg Lake H processor powers the UltraGear 17G90Q gaming laptop from LG. An Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080 Max-Q GPU and either 16GB or 32GB of DDR4 RAM will be included in the LG laptop. Allows gamers to adjust the CPU and GPU based on what they are playing.
The 17.3-inch WQXGA (2,560×1,600 pixels) IPS display on the UltraGear 17G90Q gaming laptop has a refresh rate of up to 300Hz, sRGB coverage of 99 percent, a 16:9 aspect ratio, and a refresh time of 1ms. UltraGear 17G90Q’s storage is provided by an M.2 NVMe SSD with a maximum capacity of 1TB, which LG claims supports dual channels. It has a 3D DTS:X Ultra sound system and a vapour chamber cooling system. A full-size keyboard with a numeric keypad is included in the gaming laptop.
Two USB 4 Gen 3 Type-C ports, two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C ports, one USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port, one HP-Out port, an HDMI port, an RJ45 port, and a microSD/UFS port round out the list of connectivity possibilities. The LG UltraGear 17G90Q has a 93-watt-hour battery.. The laptop’s power button has a fingerprint scanner built in. 2.64 kilos and 400mm by 271.6×21.4mm

The cost of the LG UltraGear 17G90Q is currently unknown. LG will launch its gaming laptop in early 2022 in South Korea and the United States. Only one color option will be offered for the gaming laptop: Purple Gray.
