Singati Hydro Energy’s primary share (IPO) stock will be open for trading in the secondary market up to a maximum of Rs 300.

As per the details published by the company for the issuance of IPO, the company’s shares is expected to get a maximum of Rs 300 as NEPSE sets the opening trading range up to three times the minimum net worth per share.

However, trading can be done at any price ranging from the minimum range of net worth to the maximum range.

Singati Hydro Energy has a net worth of Rs 100 per share as per its financial statement for the fiscal year 2076/77. On this basis, the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) will determine the opening range from a minimum of Rs 100 to a maximum of Rs 300 per share on the company’s first day of trading.

Nepse has set the opening range from net worth to three times the net worth for the first transaction of each company. Accordingly, Singati Hydro Energy will also get a price range of up to three times the net worth of the business.

The company has informed that it has started the process for listing in CDS and Clearing Limited and Nepse through share registrar Mega Capital for trading in the secondary market.
