Xiaomi’s first OLED TV introduced – OLED, 65 inches, 4K, 120 Hz, HDR and HDMI 2.1

Xiaomi has just unveiled its first OLED panel TV. The device is presented as part of the Mi TV Master Series, but there is only one model so far – with a screen diagonal of 65 inches.

The TV is enclosed in a case with ultra-thin bezels, as a result, the screen occupies 98.8% of the display area. The OLED panel undergoes a preliminary factory calibration – the DeltaE value does not exceed 1.5. Also claimed is coverage of 98.5% of the DCI-P3 color gamut, 10-bit color representation and black brightness close to 0 cd / m2, which, however, is typical for OLED panels. The frame frequency is 120 Hz, MEMC technology is supported for dynamic compensation of image quality and DC Dimming.

The TV is equipped with the AI ​​Master engine, which adjusts many parameters in real time, thereby achieving maximum picture quality, and supports Dolby Vision technology. The sound system is built on nine loudspeakers with a total power of 65 watts, Dolby Atmos technology is also supported.

The Mi TV Master Series hardware platform is based on the MediaTek MT9652 chipset with a quad-core Cortex-A73 CPU with a frequency of up to 1.4 GHz and a quad-core Mali-G52 GPU. There is a 3GB RAM and 32GB storage for powerful performance – movie watching and gaming experience are very smooth.

Xiaomi TV Master Series uses OLED display panel, supports 1ms instantaneous response, HDMI 2.1 interface, dynamic HDR, VRR variable refresh rate, DC dimming, professional game mode, 4K 120Hz, automatic low delay mode ALLM.

For connectivity, the interfaces on the back of Xiaomi TV Master include 2 USB interfaces, 3 HDMI interfaces (1 of which is the latest HDMI2.1), 1 AV interface, 1 ATV/DTMB interface, 1 Ethernet interface, and 1 S /PDIF (Optical Optical Fiber) interface.

Xiaomi TV Master supports 3D panoramic sound system. You don’t need an external sound system, you can get immersive 3D space surround sound with the inbuilt speakers which lets the sound be transmitted to every corner of the room. The ultra-wide frequency response range as low as 50Hz and as high as 20kHz provides a larger sound field space. Built-in super submersible subwoofer, 1.9L large sound cavity, brings excellent 50Hz low frequency performance and reverb atmosphere.

For the first time, Xiaomi TV fearures dome reflection technology which reflects sound through the ceiling above the audience’s head, forming a 3D space surround sound. You can also get a theater-level listening experience in the living room.

The Xiaomi Master Series OLED is equipped with the MIUI for TV smart operating system to instantly enjoy Xiaomi’s smart life in all scenarios. This is not just a TV, but also your intelligent life control center.

The remote control supports NFC and Bluetooth voice control. Using a simple touch on the remote control of the mobile phone, the content can be easily cast on the big screen.

Xiaomi TV Master OLED 65-inch is priced at 12,999 yuan(Rs 2,20,100) and will be first sold at 10 am on July 3 in the Chinese market.
