Ncell re-launches promo campaign
Ncell has re-launched its “Call Ayo Paisa Payo” campaign. Under the scheme, Ncell customers taking international calls for more than a minute would receive a bonus of Rs 3 every minute for as long as 10 minutes. Moreover, the customers can use one-third of thus accumulated bonus for making calls and another one-third for sending SMS within Ncell network, and other one-third for data. Ncell had previously launched the campaign from July 12 to September 30, 2013, and re-launched the offer again on November 26, 2013 for 90 days. “Getting calls from and talking with family and friends living abroad are moments of joy for all of us. And this campaign will double that happiness for our valued customers, for it will enable them to get bonus every time they receive calls from their beloved ones living out of the country,” said Sanju Koirala, corporate communication director of Ncell, in a statement. Soaltee ‘Uttar Dakshin Food Festival’
Kakori restaurant at Soaltee Crowne Plaza started “Uttar Dakshin Food Festival” from July 18 to give an opportunity to the guests to experience the authentic taste of North and South Indian rich culinary heritage. The hotel said in a statement the master chefs flaunt their exquisite creations in a special menu, which provides options of set Thalis and four-course meal. According to Soaltee, their chefs have created special recipes of irresistible fresh juices and coolers, which are available in all outlets of the hotel till end of August. The hotel believes that 12 varieties of juices are prepared from different fruits and plants like mango, lemon, cucumber, coriander, apple, beetroot, tomato and will liven the mood of the guests in this summer. “The hotel is always looking for the ways to introduce guests to new dining experiences and so presenting a spread of multi-cuisine delicacies from North and South Indian regions for the delectable adventure this season,” said the statement. Index Furniture promotional scheme
Index Furniture Nepal has launched “Super Zero” offer, under which customers will get interest-free loans for EMI accountholders at Standard Chartered Bank, Nabil Bank, Nepal Investment Bank, Global IME Bank and NIC Asia Bank. According to the company, the interest free loan is available for amounts up to Rs 1 million. The company said in a statement the promotion will make it easier for customers to purchase items without having to make the payment upfront. Turkish Airlines bags Skytrax awards
Turkish Airlines has been awarded by the “Best Airline in Europe”, “Best Airline in Southern Europe”, “Best Business Class Onboard Catering” and “Best Business Class Lounge Dining” in 2014 Skytrax World Airline Awards. The company said in a statement awards were based on the results of over 18 million passenger surveys, with more than 105 nationalities participating and covering 245 airlines. The Airlines scored a resounding success at the 2014 Skytrax World Airline Awards, with air travellers voting the airline as the Best Airline in Europe the fourth consecutive years. (PR)
