OnePlus Nord 2 CE : Everything We Know So Far
The OnePlus Nord 2 CE, codenamed the OnePlus Ivan, is rumored to be the successor to the OnePlus Nord CE 5G. Everything we’ve known about this device so far is included here.
However, it has been claimed that the OnePlus Nord Core Edition (CE) will be replaced by its successor several months earlier than its yearly launch cycle.
Sources claim that the OnePlus Nord 2 CE will be released in Q1 of 2022, and more specifically, in February or March of this year. The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) certified it in early December 2021, which typically indicates a launch is imminent, but this has not yet been confirmed by the company.
According to the renderings, the Nord 2 CE will feature a punch-hole camera in the upper left corner of the display, a plastic body, and Corning Gorilla Glass on the back and front.
The camera housing is expected to be located in the upper left corner of the back and include three lenses, two of which are prominent and one of which is smaller, as well as a built-in flash. Grey and olive green are among the colors that have been leaked so far.
The 3.5mm headphone jack, a signature OnePlus feature that was absent from the OnePlus Nord CE, is rumored to be present on the new device.
According to OnePlus, the Nord 2 CE will have a 6.4-inch AMOLED screen with a refresh rate of 90Hz. There’s no word yet on the resolution, but it’s likely to be Full HD+.
A 6.43-inch display with 90Hz refresh rate and a Full HD+ resolution of 2400 x 1080, or 410ppi, would indicate that this is the same as the predecessor.
It has been speculated that the Nord 2 CE’s fingerprint sensor will be located under the display, as was the case with the Nord CE.
