Realme GT 2 Pro

Realme announced at the Snapdragon Tech Summit 2021 on Wednesday that it will be launching the Realme GT 2 Pro with the new Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor. A few months ago, the Chinese company said, it began working on its new flagship.

Qualcomm Technologies and Realme have collaborated on the Realme GT 2 Pro to create an unrivaled 5G experience across all aspects, including gaming, photography, and the 5G network,” said Madhav Sheth, CEO of Realme India, President of Realme International Business Group, and Vice President of Realme.

However, the Realme GT 2 Pro’s official specifications have not yet been released, but it has been claimed that the phone’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC will deliver a new level of user experience in terms of gaming, artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities, and 5G.

According to rumors, the Realme GT 2 Pro will have a 120Hz display and up to 512GB of internal storage. According to a report, the device is expected to cost around $799 (roughly NPR. 96,000) when it is released in India in the first quarter of 2019.

Realme GT 2 Pro’s design was hinted at in some images showing a horizontal camera bar on the back. A GR Lens was also shown in the renders to reduce the ghosting effect of the dual rear-facing cameras.

That’s not all, Qualcomm announced that its Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC will be included in Xiaomi’s first flagship, the Xiaomi 12. The phone may be bundled with the Xiaomi 12X and both devices may be able to run the company’s upcoming MIUI 13 operating system out of the box.

It is rumored to have a primary camera with a resolution of 50 megapixels.

On Twitter, Xiaomi posted a video teaser confirming the beginning of mass production of the Xiaomi 12 series with Snapdragon 8 Gen 1.

Lenovo’s CEO teased the Moto Edge X30 recently on Weibo. There will be Corning Gorilla Glass on both its front and back sides, and it will be the first phone to run MyUI 3.0, based on Android, according to the executive.

Motorola may rename the Moto Edge X30 to the Motorola Edge 30 Ultra when it launches in global markets. Last month, the model number XT2201-2 of a Moto Edge X30 variant was reportedly discovered on China’s TENAA.

According to a Qualcomm press release announcing the launch of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1-powered Realme and Xiaomi smartphones by the end of 2019, other companies such as Black Shark and Honor are working on bringing their flagships to market with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 by the end of 2019.
