Yamaha’s new dirt bike XTZ 150 launched in Nepali market
Yamaha’s new dirt bike XTZ 150 has been launched in Nepali market. The new model XTZ 150 is a new addition to the XTZ series available in the domestic market. Yamaha has already been selling the XTZ 125 model prior to this launch.
MAW Enterprises, Yamaha’s official distributor for Nepal, has made the new model XTZ 150 available for sale at various dealers across the country.
The XTZ 150 model will cater to the needs of customers who want to purchase a 150cc motorcycle in the dirt bike segment.
Recognized as an off-road and adventure bike, the bike has a 149.3 cc four-stroke, 2 valve, single cylinder(SOHC), air-cooled engine. It generates 12.5 PS at 7500 rpm and 13.1 Nm of torque at 6000 rpm.
This bike from Yamaha is also based on fuel injection i.e. FI technology.
The bike has a ground clearance of 235 mm and a seat height of 835 mm. The XTZ 150 has an overall length of 2050 mm, a width of 830 mm and a height of 1140 mm and a wheelbase of 1350 mm. The bike weighs 131 kg.
The front wheels have 245 mm disc brake while the rear comes with 203 mm drum brakes. It also has a Telescopic fork front suspension while the rear has swingarm link suspension.
The Yamaha XTZ 150 competes straight against with model like Honda XR 150L and XR 190L in this segment.
Yamaha XTZ 150 Price in Nepal
The Yamaha XTZ 150 original price during launch was at Rs 475,000 which has now been revised and hiked to Rs 5,49,000.
