Yantra 7.0 Science, Tech and Entrepreneurship Festival from Feb 11-21

The Robotics Association of Nepal is organising the Yantra 7.0 Science, Tech and Entrepreneurship Festival from tomorrow. The opening of the festival is taking place at the Russian Center of Science and Culture in the central capital.

As part of the festival, an international robotics competition, robo business cup, yantra learning, yantra kids, mini yantra western robotics competition are being held at Pokhara, while farwest robotics competition at Dhangadhi. Even the yantra incubation (3 months product incubation and 3 months business incubation) are also organized under the festival, Association President Engineer Bikash Gurung said. The festival concludes on February 21.

UNDP, Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, National Youth Council, Kathmandu Metropolitan city, various engineering colleges associated with Association of Engineering College of Nepal, Kathmandu Infosys Educational Consultancy, CIMMYT Nepal, Genese Software Solutions are main supporters/sponsors of Yantra 7.0 Science, Tech and Entrepreneurship Festival.

On the first day, a talk session and panel discussion would be held on space and robotics where different stakeholders share the breakthrough and milestones for Nepal in the field of space and robotics and current progress on the domain.
