On July 23, Honor will present the Honor 9X and Honor 9X Pro smartphones to the world. As we had already mentioned earlier , the Honor 9X has already appeared with all specifications at TENAA. However, the Pro model is yet to appear in the database. Still, Honor 9X Pro is ready for bookings in China. Thanks to this we had access to images that show the front and back design. But better than that is that the images released by the site MySmartPrice provide a clearer view of Honor 9X and Honor 9X Pro.
Honor 9X and Honor 9X Pro: Here are the official images!
Right from the start they reveal that the Honor 9X and 9X Pro have an identical design. The front of both smartphones features a full display screen without any notches or punch holes for the selfie camera. This indicates that it will come equipped with a pop-up camera to capture selfies. The right side of the smartphone has the volume controls and we also have the power button. The lower chin of Honor 9X is slightly thicker than the others.
However, the Honor 9X has a black rear that looks like glass. It also has a vertical camera in the upper left corner that houses two sensors and an LED flash. The text “48 MP AI Camera” can be viewed next to the camera module.
On the other hand, the top variant 9X Pro has a purple gradient rear glass that features an X-shaped pattern. The text “48 MP AI Camera” is also present at the foot of the equipment’s triple camera configuration.
The differences between the two models
The information circulating on the Internet shows that the main difference between the two smartphones is that the Pro model has an extra camera on the back. The standard model has a dual camera configuration of 48 + 2 megapixels. The Honor 9X Pro edition can come with a triple camera system of 48 + 8 + 2 megapixels.
The standard model has a 6.59-inch IPS LCD screen. It offers Full HD + resolution and has a ratio of 19.5: 9. The Kirin 810 chipset powers this device and adds up to 8 GB of RAM.
However, the highest configuration model will have 256 GB of internal storage. A battery of 4,000mAh is also highlighted.
