Suzuki Motorcycle India Private Limited unveiled the all-new V-Strom 250 in India today. For the past few days, the firm has teased the motorcycle on social media, and now it’s officially here.
The India-specific version The Suzuki V-Strom 250 is not the same as the one marketed in other countries. It is built on the same platform as the Gixxer 250 series and uses the same mechanicals.
The motorcycle features an all-LED headlamp, a tall visor, knuckle guards, and a split-seat setup, among other features.
It has a hefty body fairing as well. Champion Yellow No. 2, Pearl Blaze Orange, and Glass Sparkle Black are the three colors offered for the V-Strom 250.
The V-Strom 250 is powered by the same 249cc single-cylinder oil-cooled engine that powers the quarter-litre Gixxers.
With a 6-speed manual gearbox, this motor produces 26.1 horsepower at 9,300 RPM and 22.2 Nm of peak torque at 7,300 RPM.
It rides on multi-spoke alloy wheels and has telescopic forks in the front and a mono-shock absorber in the back.
The motorcycle comes equipped with disc brakes on both ends and dual-channel ABS for braking.

Suzuki V-Strom SX 250 Price in Nepal
The ex-showroom pricing of this quarter-litre adventure tourer is INR 2.11 lakh. The Suzuki V-Strom 250 will be offered at all Suzuki Premium dealerships in India and will compete with the KTM 250 Adventure, Benelli TRK 251, and other motorcycles.
