Poco C50 Launched in India with Helio A22 SoC, Dual Cameras, 5000 mAH battery and more
Poco C50, the newest member of the Poco C-series, made its debut in India on Tuesday. Waterdrop notches and a MediaTek Helio A22 SoC are both features of the new budget-friendly smartphone from Xiaomi’s brand.
The Poco C50 may be purchased in two different color variants, each with its own RAM and storage capacities.
The Poco C50 has an 8-megapixel dual camera supported by AI, a 5,000mAh battery, and 10W charging.
This new Poco phone is just a repackaged Redmi A1+ that was released in Nepal last month.
Poco C50 Specs and Features
The Poco C50 has a 6.5-inch HD+ (1,600 x 700 pixel) display with a 120Hz touch sampling rate and supports two Nano SIM cards.
The selfie camera is situated in a waterdrop-shaped notch in the screen. MediaTek’s octa-core Helio A22 system-on-chip (SoC) fuels the latest Poco smartphone, which also supports up to 3GB of LPDDR4X RAM.
The Poco C50 has a primary 8-megapixel sensor and a secondary 2-megapixel sensor in its AI-supported dual rear camera unit.
The front-facing 5 megapixel camera is perfect for taking high-quality selfies and video calls.
In addition to the 32GB of built-in storage, a microSD card may be inserted into the device’s specialized slot to add an additional 512GB of storage space.
The Poco C50 has a number of different connectivity choices, including 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11/b/g/n, Bluetooth v5, GPS/ A-GPS, Glonass, Beidou, a micro-USB connection, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
Both a motion sensor and a fingerprint reader are located on its back.
The Poco C50 features a 5,000mAh battery, the company’s highest capacity to date. It may be charged at a 10W rate. The phone has dimensions of 76.45 by 164.9 by 9.09 mm and a weight of 192 grams.

Initially launched in India, the new Poco C50 with the bare minimum of 2GB RAM and 32GB storage can be purchased for the price of INR. 6,499.
Price for the 3GB + 32GB model is INR. 7,299. It may be purchased in either Country Green or Royal Blue and will go on sale on Flipkart on January 10.
