Yamaha has updated its popular scooter Fascino with dual tone exteriors giving the scooter with elegant design and appearance.
The company said that Fascino is now available in four exciting new dual tone colors blending blue, fusion red, unite white and mingling cyan. Haute white and sassy cyan are also available in the market.
According to Yamaha, powering the automatic scooter is a 113 cc air-cooled SOHC mill coupled with a V-belt automatic transmission. The BSIV compliant engine is capable of producing 7.1 PS of maximum power at 7,500 rpm and 8.1 Nm of peak torque at 5,000 rpm, the company said in a statement.
“The updated Fascino comes with new stylish meter console, attractive head lamp, dual tone colour scheme with elegantly designed graphics, 3D logo, chrome finish on the rear view mirrors, 21-litre storage space, small utility storage space, convenient hook, longer seat, grab bar and much more,” the statement said.
Yamaha said that the updated scooter is offered with both kick as well as electric start. The scooter tips the scale at 103 kg (unchanged) but the ground clearance has been raised by 2 mm to 130 mm thus providing it more space to tackle with typical Nepali roads.
The company has set the price of new Yamaha Fascino at Rs 1,94,900. The Yamaha Fascino was launched in May 2015. Since then, it has established itself as the supermodel scooter especially because of its classic looks, unmatched performance and comfort, the statement said.
