Guna Developers brings promotional schemes

Guna Colony, a housing and apartment company based in Kathmandu, has announced different promotional schemes for its customers. According to the company’s press release, customers buying apartments or houses worth more than Rs. 5 million will get an opportunity to visit the Eiffel Tower in Paris.

Similarly, customers purchasing apartments or houses worth less than Rs. 5 million will get an opportunity to visit Bangkok. The company is also offering apartments worth Rs. 2.7 million at GN Apartment located at Gwarko, Lalitpur. The two-bedroom apartments are available at 0 percent interest in a five-year instalment plan. Guna Colony has announced bookings for the new apartments at Bhainsepati. A one-bedroom apartment in Bhainsepati costs Rs. 1.5 million, the release added. The company is also providing a 10 percent discount on Guna Airlines to each customer.
