Lotse Mall announces schemes for rental space

Lotse Mall, a new shopping mall located in Gongabu Bus Park Kathmandu and is set to open fully in Dashain this year.

Lotse Mall has announced a scheme for its clients purchasing store space at the mall whereby three lucky winners may get a chance to win Suzuki Vitara Brezza, Swift, or Wagon R cars.

Issuing a statement, the mall said that the lease period for the purchase of its store spaces will be 27 years, and bank financing service will cover 50 percent of the investment.

With a variety of shopping outlets, two movie theaters, food court, restaurant, two banquet halls, and adequate parking space, Lotse Mall will have something to offer for every visitors.
