Soaltee City launched by Platinum Developers

Platinum Developers launched its new apartment project Soaltee City on Friday. Spread over 19 ropanis, Soaltee City at Ravi Bhawan consists of seven towers with over 500 apartments.

The 14-storied towers will contain one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments. Soaltee City will have a swimming pool, club house, kids play area, jogging track and ATM. Apartment prices range from Rs 1.8 million to Rs. 6.28 million.

The developers have provided a 0 percent interest instalment plan for those who want to purchase the apartments with bank financing. “Construction will begin in February,” said Ganesh Agrawal, chairman of Platinum Developers. “The project will be completed within three years.”

Those who want to buy a flat with bank financing have to make a 30 percent down payment at the time of booking and the rest after construction starts. “This project is targeted at the medium class segment,” said Agrawal.
