Despite the pandemic, HMD Global, Nokia’s owner, will continue to launch smartphones. Nokia has 3 smartphones planned for IFA 2020, the annual smartphone event in Berlin. Nokia 6.3, Nokia 7.3 and Nokia 2.4. The latter will be the most affordable device in the family.
Nokia 2.4 will be the fourth generation of the Nokia 2 series, popular for having modest features, updated Android and a price to match. We now know it’s specifications, as the equipment was “picked up” at Geekbench, codenamed “Wolverine”.

If Nokia maintains its current ideology, this device should be integrated into the Android One program. This means that the smartphone will have a pure Android experience, or give users stock Android OS. In addition, the device will receive the new versions of Android quite quickly along with security patches.
This is one of the biggest assets of Nokia and its Android smartphones. The brand decided not to change the system like Huawei or Samsung and other brands. As such, the brand is able to receive Android updates and release them almost immediately, without worrying about customizations.
