Boston Dynamic’s Spot : No Time to Dance

Spot Boston Dynamics

Spot, the most famous four-legged robot in the world, sometimes looks more like an animatronic show than a real machine that makes things for a living.

But Boston Dynamics, wants to show the world that it can do some serious tasks, too, with a new video.

No Time To Dance is the title of a new Spot video. It shows the quadrupedal robot doing a variety of jobs in an industrial setting. Spot takes readings from gauges, looks at some equipment with an infrared camera, and makes work orders for humans. There is a little dance at the end of the video, too.

Robot dog Spot was made by Boston Dynamics, which is now a Hyundai company. The company often uses dance videos to show off Spot, which was made by Boston Dynamics.

In this video, it was said that the robot isn’t just made for dancing. It can also be used in industrial facilities or factories.

Boston Dynamics has made some upgrades to its popular quadruped robot Spot. Faster charging times, more payloads, and 5G connectivity are among the new features. Boston Dynamics has added more payloads to the quadruped so it can work in more places.

Boston Dynamics also made changes to the robot’s hardware with Spot’s new connectivity. The robot now has five stereo cameras that can see in full colour and show the robot’s existing depth information.

People who work with the robot will be able to figure out what the robot is seeing more easily because Spot doesn’t need colour images to understand what it is seeing.
